Sous Chef
Full time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
Responsible to: Executive Head Chef
Responsible for: Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Chef
Breakfast Supervisor
40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
Shift: 6.30am to 3.00pm
Purpose of the role: Assist in the running of the food and beverage outlets at Kilworth House Hotel and to deputise in the absence of the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager as and when necessary.
Sales Co-Ordinator (Maternity Cover)
Full time, Monday to Friday, 30- 40 hours per week (negotiable for the right person)
Responsible to: Sales Manager
Purpose of the role: To receive, convert and implement all conference and private event enquiries.
Box Office Sales Assistant
Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday however the role will include evening and weekend work during Theatre season
Responsible to: Theatre Administrator
Purpose of the role: To assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Box Office in a professional and courteous manner.
Food and Beverage Assistant (Full Time and Casual positions)
Full time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
Responsible to: All Food & Beverage Supervisory Staff
Purpose of the role: Assist in the running of the food and beverage outlets at Kilworth House Hotel and Theatre.
Bar Assistant
Full time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
Responsible to: All Food & Beverage Supervisory Staff
Purpose of the role: Assist in the running of the bar operations at Kilworth House Hotel and Theatre.
Chef de Partie
Full time, 5 days out of 7.
Responsible to: Head Chef, Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef
Responsible for: Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Chef and Trainees within the section
Casual Housekeeping Assistant
Regular hours available, will include working weekends
