It did not take us very long at all to decide upon Kilworth House as the venue for our wedding day. The hotel and grounds are incredibly beautiful with numerous gorgeous rooms and spaces that make it truly unique, in particular the Orangery, which is a light and airy space that perfectly encapsulated our dreams for our special day.

We went for the exclusive use package so that we could take advantage of the entirety of the venue and we were not disappointed at all. All the bedrooms, the garden rooms and the luxury rooms were immaculate and full of character. Our guests were extremely happy with their rooms and indeed the sublime breakfast included the morning after the wedding.

Our upmost thanks has to go to Natalie, our wedding coordinator who orchestrated and organised all aspects of our day with astounding perfection. In the months prior, we had constant communication from Natalie who we felt would have done absolutely everything in her power to give us the day we wanted. We felt cherished and important which considering how busy Natalie and the wedding team are, was an incredible achievement in itself. Everything ran so smoothly and it ensured that the entire lead up was far less stressful than we had anticipated.

Then the day itself. We were treated like royalty by all of the staff. They were utterly professional, immeasurably polite and nothing was too much effort for them. A particular mention has to go to Mehmet, whose kindness, experience and general management throughout the entirety of the wedding was exceptional and who is frankly the best hotelier we have ever encountered. Kilworth should be proud of all their staff as they had a truly significant contribution to how amazing our day was.

We are so grateful to Kilworth for hosting our wedding and for truly giving us the best day of our lives.
We cannot wait to visit again to reminisce and further enjoy the epitome of luxury at Kilworth House Hotel.

From the moment we arrived on Thursday evening, right through to when the very last of our guests left on Sunday, we were met with nothing but warmth, professionalism, kindness and genuine care. There was never a single moment where anything felt too much trouble. Every detail was handled with pride, thoughtfulness and an obvious desire to make the weekend as special as possible — not just for us, but for every guest who walked through the doors.

The individual care shown by so many of you — Natalie, Craig, Sean and Mehmet especially — made an enormous difference. You made not only Nico and me feel truly looked after, but ensured that every one of our guests felt special, welcome and completely at ease. The genuine excitement you showed for our wedding, the flexibility you offered at every turn, and the calm reassurance throughout the entire process is something we will never forget.

So many details had already been thoughtfully considered before we even needed to ask, which meant that once the weekend arrived, we were able to completely relax and be fully present. The entire experience felt seamless and stress-free — a true testament to the planning, coordination and experience behind the scenes.

On the wedding day itself, the care we received was exceptional. We were gently checked in on throughout the day, offered anything we might need, and supported constantly — all without it ever feeling intrusive. In fact, much of the time we barely noticed the team were there at all, which speaks volumes about how flawlessly everything was run. Things simply happened, smoothly and effortlessly, allowing us to enjoy every moment without worry.

Everything felt effortless — but we know that was only possible because of the incredible team working tirelessly behind the scenes. We truly cannot thank you all enough for creating such a special, joyful and memorable experience, not just for us, but for everyone who shared it with us.

Thank you also for your patience, reassurance and understanding in the lead-up to the wedding. It meant more to us than we can ever properly put into words.

We just wanted to thank you and the Kilworth House team for helping me and Aleks have a wonderful wedding and meal. 

We wanted to thank you, Natalie, for making this process smooth and being very responsive and helpful over email and in person, when we visited. The room we stayed in was beautiful and it was a pleasure to stay in and thank you for providing the cot for our son.

The Shakespeare room was as expected for the ceremony and the staff decorated it exactly as we wanted for the meal. The staff were also very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and were really nice to us all. We got to take some pictures on the grounds, which were really well kept. I will definitely be recommending the hotel to my friends. Thank you again!

We chose Kilworth as our wedding venue and we couldn't be happier - it was absolutely magical; a DREAM dream venue!

Natalie, our main venue contact, was SO professional and always there to support us during our wedding planning process. We were worried that we would be stressed on the day without a wedding planner, but we really did not have to be worried at all, because Kilworth staff executed it so well and we just got to genuinely enjoy the whole day! Special shout out to Mehmet who was just such a joy our whole wedding from start to finish, and always there for us e.g. when we needed to practice our dance at midnight the night before the wedding, print the speeches, take home cake the day after, etc - everything!

We had guests coming from all over the world, so it was wonderful to have a place that was exclusive to us with 40 rooms our guests could stay in. And one of the best things was that the party could go on until past 4am because they had a cellar bar open downstairs after midnight, which is a rarity in wedding venues ( meaning our wedding in total lasted 16 hours! Followed by a breakfast the morning after).

EVERYONE told us how beautiful our venue was, and Kilworth did literally take our breath away every time we went to visit. We were able to seamlessly move between different outdoor and indoor spaces, and there were enough rooms that we could have a separate kid’s room, photobooth room with projected pictures, evening buffet room, main orangery etc. And we had a very solid plan B for our garden games and drinks reception in case of rain that really reassured us! We also got 4 hours of (much needed) free spa treatments the day before, including massages, nails, etc, and we were able to book the Shakespeare for our family dinner the night before, which was a wonderful 3 course meal.

All in all - Kilworth had everything we could ever have wanted - and more! We are so grateful to have gotten married here and are looking forward to coming back in our future anniversaries.

Wow, what a day ! We can't express our thanks enough to the team at Kilworth House Hotel for making our wedding day so special. 

From the moment Hannah and I arrived on Friday to the moment we left on Sunday morning , the service, care and attention to detail that we received from every single member of staff was exceptional.

The best decision we made, was putting our trust in you and your team -  you took all the stress out of the wedding planning, so thankyou for that. It made for a very relaxed bride (that and finding the right man to marry!)

So many people commented on what a fantastic and beautiful venue Kilworth is, but a venue is nothing without the right people, and you have the right people. Mehmet is such a warm, lovely man and we really felt like we were in safe hands.  He looked after us and our guests so well.

The customer service we received was outstanding (a rarity in this day and age)- from housekeeping upwards they all represented Kilworth admirably. Please pass on our thanks.

Kilworth House was the ideal wedding venue from start to finish. As soon as we arrived there for our first meeting with Natalie we knew we had to get married there. The process of booking and planning the wedding was a really positive experience. Natalie was able to answer all of our questions and make useful suggestions about the day. The whole planning process was smooth and stress-free, and made everything so easy. Natalie was responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The menu tasting was a very memorable evening, Mehmet was an absolutely fantastic host, the food was superb and the wine kept flowing! 

The day itself went without a hitch. All of the staff are so professional, welcoming and helpful, which is something to be commended. It is a beautiful hotel, not only did we fall in love with it, all of our guests commented on how stunning the venue was, the quality of the food and the service. I cannot thank Natalie, Mehmet and the rest of the team enough for creating our perfect day. It was truly flawless and there wasn’t a single element we would change about the day. We would wholeheartedly recommend Kilworth House to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue.

We had the most amazing wedding day at Kilworth House. From our initial visit and meeting with Natalie, we felt completely at ease and knew we had made the right decision with choosing this amazing venue. Natalie has been there every step of the way for us, advising us when needed and she ensured everything was organised exactly how we wanted it.

The actual wedding day exceeded all of our expectations. The staff were so attentive, helpful and friendly and the events on the day went like clockwork. Mehmet was an amazing host and nothing was too much hassle. The food was delicious and all of our guests commented how lovely it was. We wish we could do it all over again! We count ourselves very fortunate to have been able to celebrate our wedding at Kilworth House.

Kilworth House offered us something special with their ‘exclusive’ option; this meant that our bridal party could share an evening meal at the venue the night before (special thanks to Anka for looking after us so wonderfully), then stay over and all wake up together at the hotel to get ready in a beautiful, relaxed environment without having to stress about transport and so on. The exclusive option also meant that all of our guests who wanted to stay over the night of the wedding could do so, and this enabled them to not be concerned about how they’d get home late at night, allowed them to join us for our basement afterparty, and for our first breakfast as a married couple. These aspects were really special to us, and weren’t on offer at any other venues we viewed.

The staff at Kilworth House, most notably for us Natalie and Mehmet, were all wonderful to work with in the lead up to the day and on the day itself. Prior to the big day we had several planning meetings with Natalie which were always well-organised, productive, and enjoyable (especially when Mehmet approached us post-meeting bearing Prosecco and olives).

Our day itself was so joyous. Obviously, because we got married, but also because we were able to spend the day in such a beautiful setting. Most of our event took place in the orangery which is so stunning that we only added minimal decoration of our own. Many of our guests also commented that the food - both the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet - was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding.

A final thing that makes Kilworth House so special to us is that we can go back anytime we like (unless someone’s booked an exclusive wedding, of course!) for an afternoon tea, a Sunday lunch, or a trip to the theatre. At the rest of the venues that we viewed, which were almost all spaces that operated as event venues and nothing else, this just wasn’t an option. We look forward to going back to the place we got married with our friends and family.

We had an absolutely amazing day and so did all of our guests. Every single member of staff were so great, attentive to all of our needs and made our day just so special. We literally couldn't have asked for anything more, and everyone was so helpful in making sure everything we asked for was sorted, even to a better degree than what we wanted!

The whole hotel was beautiful, and the staging post was just wonderful. It looked amazing and every one of our guests commented on how unique and special it was.

The food was absolutely amazing! It was probably the best food we've ever had at a wedding, and many comments from guests were the same. There was so much of it as well which was great!

From start to finish, with how helpful you were helping us organise it in such a short time, and helping us clear up the day after, it was absolutely amazing and a day we will all remember forever.

Everyone there made it such a wonderful time for us and we couldn't fault anything. The attention to detail was perfect.

We were glad that we booked the extra night as that made it even more special for us both.

The two staff who stood out to both of us was Mehmet and Chloe who made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble, perhaps made better that they served us for the Afternoon Tea on the Sunday.

The Staging Post was set up beautifully and the staff could not have been more helpful, especially the gentleman running the show and his colleague who very kindly stepped in to take photos for us when our photographer let us down.

We had a wonderful wedding day on 23rd August at Kilworth House Hotel and wanted to sincerely thank you for all your hard work in the preparation for our special day.  Everything was perfect (even the weather!)

Mehmet was amazing on the day making sure everything ran so smoothly from looking after guests as they arrived to making sure we made it to the theatre on time for the show.  We didn't have to worry about a thing!  

The team serving guests at the drinks reception and wedding breakfast were fantastic, and the food was amazing.  You made our idea of having a relaxed, informal wedding ceremony and reception with close friends and family, in a beautiful location, a day we will treasure.  

And finally, joining The Bohemians on stage for the final bow was a perfect ending to the celebrations - thank you!

Kathy and I wanted to pass on a huge thank-you to you and all the other staff who worked so tirelessly to ensure our wedding day ran so smoothly and was the best day we could have imagined it to be. Kilworth House lived up to its reputation and all our expectations.

All the staff working that day were professional, extremely helpful with us and our guests wanting for nothing, the service was excellent with glasses filled as soon as they were empty.

A special mention to your chef and his team, the food was superb with all guests having nothing but praise for what they were served, it looked and tasted wonderful.

A special mention must go to Mehmet and Stephen. They were both incredible ensuring neither we or our guests wanted for anything, they ran the day seamlessly meaning we could just relax and have a great time with our guests. If anyone had any requests or questions, they answered them without hesitation, and we really got the feeling nothing was to much trouble for them. Also, we must give a mention to the barmaid who was serving in the cellar bar during the evening festivities, regretfully we didn’t get her name. Many of our guests commented on how brilliant she was…. whatever she was serving them certainly went down well.

Once again, thank-you for everything you did for us and please pass on our thanks and best wishes to all of the staff that worked so hard to make our wedding so special….memories that will last forever.

In 2022, we walked into Kilworth House Hotel and knew it had to be the location of our Wedding.

The decor, the ambience and the welcome was enough to seal the deal. From that point on, Caroline Holloway and the many other staff at Kilworth couldn’t have done more for us, they went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation we may have had and making our day truly amazing.

Caroline helped us through some incredibly difficult times and personal heartache in the build up to our wedding and we cannot thank her enough for making all our dreams come true. On the actual wedding weekend, she took care of everything so that we could just enjoy our special occasion and we felt confident at all times that they had everything under control.

Mehmet was also fantastic ensuring all of visions came true, he was there well into the night and his orchestration of our sparklers and firework display was simply fabulous.

Every one of our guests commented on the fabulous surroundings, the incredible food and the stylish bedrooms but the main comment was how they felt at ease immediately in such a grand venue and that the welcoming spirit of all staff was clear to see.

We simply can't recommend Kilworth House Hotel enough, for afternoon tea, for theatre, for dinner or for a grand occasion, it is the place to go and will always be our go to place

The staff at Kilworth couldn’t have done more for us, they went above and beyond, exceeding our already high expectations, making our day truly incredible.

A special thank you to Natalie for all of her work in the build up to the day, making sure every little detail was covered and any stress was taken away. We are also incredibly grateful to Mehmet who was outstanding throughout the weekend ensuring all of visions came true, he could not have been more attentive and truly made us feel like we were their only wedding of the year.

We had a BBQ the night before the wedding for our guests, which was such a nice touch to the weekend, again the staff were amazing and the food was delicious.

We received so many compliments from our guests on how amazing the venue was and all of the staff were throughout our wedding weekend.

We had an exclusive wedding which was amazing to have most of our guests stay at the wedding venue. The venue also offers so much with the size of it and the number of different locations it has rather than being in one place all day.

We couldn’t recommend the venue more, it really did exceed our expectations.
