Kinky Boots
27th July - 29th August 2027
Following "Oklahoma!" the stage transforms for a high‑heeled celebration of individuality, joy and fierce determination as "Kinky Boots" strides into Kilworth
Set in a struggling Northampton shoe factory, "Kinky Boots" is an uplifting and unforgettable musical about friendship, acceptance, and finding the courage to be yourself.
When factory owner Charlie Price teams up with the fabulous drag queen Lola to save the family business, the pair discover that embracing their differences might be the key to success.
Featuring a dazzling score by Cyndi Lauper, including favourites such as ‘The History of Wrong Guys’, ‘Land of Lola’, ‘Everybody Say Yeah’, and ‘Raise You Up/Just Be’, this feel-good musical celebrates diversity, resilience, and the power of stepping into someone else’s shoes.
Packed with glitter, glamour and a message of acceptance, this modern favourite promises to be one of the most exhilarating productions ever seen at Kilworth.
