"The booking process was extremely easy. Laina was our first point of contact upon making our initial inquiry and she was so helpful and informative. She showed us around Kilworth multiple times so we could plan out event, she was always available via email or phone and helped to accommodate all of our requests (and there were quite a few!) She always did this with a smile on her face.. thank you for making it so easy and enjoyable Laina!
Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly! Special mentions again to Laina as she dealt with our event the most in a really lovely friendly way. On the day Chloe was really friendly and made us feel at ease. Special mention for Joanne or Joanna (Sorry I can't remember exactly) who collated all of our bedroom keys so that we could hand these out at the end of out meeting instead of queuing up at reception for them! I had a few requests and questions on the day for her and nothing seemed like too much trouble and she always had a smile!
We had a really fabulous event from start to finish. Everything went exactly as planned and everyone was really complementary. The meeting room was exactly what we needed, the perfect size! Lunch was really tasty and there was plenty to go around. Dinner in the evening was again delicious. The bar in the evening was perfect for our evening event. You allowed us to decorate however we wanted and our guests had the BEST time! All of the bedrooms are gorgeous... in particular the luxury rooms! We could not have asked for a better event. Nothing felt like it was too much, everyone was so friendly and smiley and we really had the best time.
