We kindly ask that all guests provide as many details as possible at the reservation stage to enable a quick check-in upon arrival. Guests will receive a pre-arrival email which will include simple instructions on our check in process and the opportunity to prepay if this is not already part of your booking requirement. Contactless payments are encouraged.
Escorting guests to bedrooms and assistance with luggage
Unfortunately at this time we will not be naturally offering to escort guests to their room or assist with luggage however if a guests specifically requests then we will deliver luggage to the door of your bedroom and staff will wear gloves as well as a face covering.
The guest lift will be available to use. However, we kindly request that you sanitise your hands prior to use and only enter the lift with people in your own social bubble.
We are extremely proud of our exemplary housekeeping standards but reassure you that all touch points are thoroughly cleaned after each room departure. We have removed a number of items from the bedrooms but these are available upon request e.g. in room fan, extra blankets, extra pillows. We have also removed the in room directory however our Reception team are on hand 24 hours a day to answer any questions that you may have.
Turndown Service and Servicing of Bedrooms
Unless a guests asks for their room to be serviced during their stay we will not enter the room. We have temporarily removed our turndown service during the evening unless it is individually requested. If guest request servicing of their room then we will carry this out whilst the room is vacant. Should you require any additional items for your room e.g. extra towels then we will happily deliver them to your bedroom door in a sealed bag.
We request wherever possible that guests use their bedroom & bathroom during their stay rather then using the public cloakrooms.

Food and beverages can be ordered for delivery to your room. The tray will be delivered to a table outside your bedroom door for your collection. We request that your tray is left outside your room for collection.
By entering the hotel, you and your party are confirming they are not exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19, have not been contacted and instructed by Track & Trace to self-isolate, are not under Tier restrictions where mixing indoors is not permitted and will abide by all the safety measures put in place at the hotel.
