A message from
Kilworth House Hotel

Dear Guest

It is with a significant amount of regret that we announce that we have chosen to temporarily close Kilworth House, following the government’s most recent announcement. We make this decision with a heavy heart, but have chosen, as always, to put the health and wellbeing of our guests and team as our priority.

Whilst we hope that this closure will only be short-term it is impossible to be certain when we might be able to reopen, but we feel this action is necessary to protect our guests and staff from the current health risk.

We will continue to take reservations during the temporary closure and remind you that you may book for:

  • Bedroom Reservations from 1st July onwards.
  • Afternoon tea and dinner reservations from 1st July onwards.
  • Conference and Private dining from 1st July onwards.
  • Live at Kilworth – bookings open on 25th March for Theatre Breaks and 30th March for Tickets only. Visit www.kilworthhousetheatre.co.uk for details of shows.
  • Theatre in the Orangery – our next shows are on 4th October.
  • Christmas Shows starting on 20th November.

Please also remember that you may purchase a gift voucher on line at www.kilworthhousehotel.wearegifted.co.uk

People are at the heart of everything we do, and it’s for this very reason that we count so many of our guests as friends, who chose to stay and visit us time and time again. It’s also why we are proud to have many loyal long-serving team members throughout the Hotel and Theatre.

We will now embark on the huge task of contacting all guests who have booked to stay or dine with us over the coming weeks. If you are due to visit us in the near future, please don’t worry, there is no need to contact us as we will be in touch with you to support you in re-arranging your plans.

We’ll continue to send out any updates to you to keep you fully informed, but if you have any questions then we’re always here to help, just drop us a line at info@kilworthhouse.co.uk

In addition we’d love to keep in touch via social media, which can bring us closer together, whether to reminisce, or indeed look forward to future visits once the situation has alleviated.

In the meantime, we’ll be actively planning for a time when we can celebrate the re-opening of our Hotel and Theatre and hope that you will soon be back to join us in better times.

Whilst these are unprecedented times we know they are temporary and we look forward to welcoming you back in the near future.

Best Wishes

Richard and Celia Mackay
