Bar Assistant

The Food and Beverage department is looking for a Bar Person to provide our guests with outstanding customer service.  Key responsibilities will include providing a table service to guests, maximising sales opprtunities through up selling, ensuring all charges are posted correctly and payments are received, working in our Cellar Bar and Log Cabin and maintaining Kilworth House Hotel and Theatre's health, safety and cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in a similar role, have a sound knowledge of spirits, beers, wine, cocktails and coffee, be able to communicate effectively in English, be able to work well under pressure and have a friendly, flexible and professional attitude.

Bar and Lounge Assistant

The Food and Beverage department is looking for a Bar and Lounge Assistant to provide our guests with outstanding customer service through anticipating guest requests and resposnding to special requests positively. Key responsibilities will include taking guests orders, serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, attending to all guest requests, setting out tables, clearing away any used glasses, crockery, cutlery etc, cleaning the bar service area, polishing glasses and operating a till.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in the Hospitality Industry, excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, a confident personality so that they interact effectively with customers and a positive personality.

Room Attendant

You will be servicing guest bedrooms and public areas and helping in our laundry. No experience is necessary as full training will be given. You will need to be energetic and be able to work to a high standard.

Receptionist

You will be the face of Kilworth House, the first point of contact for all our guests.  You will therefore be customer focused, passionate, motivated and immaculately presented. Working on Reception means liaising with other front of house departments and housekeeping to ensure the smooth running of the department to help us provide the highest standards possible throughout the hotel. Previous experience working on Reception would be advantageous as well as experience of the hospitality industry. The post is 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (late and early shifts).
