Food and Beverage Assistant
Full time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
Responsible to: All F&B Supervisory Staff
Responsible for: Assist in the running of the food and beverage outlets at Kilworth House Hotel and Theatre.
Chef de Partie
Full time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
Responsible to: Head Chef, Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef
Responsible for: Demi Chef de Partie, Commis Chef and Trainees within the section
Kitchen Porter
Full time, 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To work as part of the Back of House team at Kilworth House and to achieve and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene
