Terms and Conditions for Theatre in the Orangery and Events in the Orangery.
During the period in which we are required to operate performances with social distancing and other preventative and protective measures, we are adding temporary addendums and additional clauses to ensure our current Terms and Conditions reflect an understanding of the ongoing situation with the Covid-19 Pandemic.
The additional clauses set out below apply to Theatre in the Orangery shows between November 2020 and May 2021 only. Where other productions become available to book, and where Government guidance and guidelines are updated, these temporary amendments to the Terms and Conditions will be updated accordingly.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGED AND RETURNS
Temporary Addendum: Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the Event is cancelled, abandoned, rescheduled, or where a member of your party is exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 or has been instructed to self-isolate by NHS Track and Trace prior to the Event or where there is a material change to the Event.
Additional Clause: If you are unable to attend a show due to you or one of your party being required to self-isolate for Covid-19, please contact the Box Office. Tickets may be transferred to a later performance of the same show, subject to availability.
For customers who are experiencing symptoms or have tested positive for Covid-19, tickets will be exchanged for an alternative performance no sooner than 15 days from the customer’s first day of self-isolation.
For customers who have someone in their household experiencing symptoms or tested positive for Covid-19, have been contacted by NHS Track and Trace or are required to quarantine in accordance to public health measures at the border, tickets will be exchanged for an alternative performance no sooner than 15 days from the customer’s first day of self-isolation.
Only in the case where you and your household have been experiencing symptoms and have received a negative test and are able to end self-isolation early, can you rebook tickets for an earlier date.
Where ticket exchanges are made due to a customer needing to self-isolate in relation to Covid-19 no fee will apply. If it is not possible to transfer your tickets to a later performance, you will be offered a choice of tickets for another performance in the Orangery, a box office credit note for future productions or a refund.
AT THE VENUE
Additional Clause: Anyone above the age of 11 attending an Event is required to wear a face covering (unless exempt due to physical or mental illness or impairment, or disability) to be worn at all times unless eating or drinking.
Additional Clause: By entering the building, you and your party are confirming they are not exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19, have not been contacted and instructed by Track & Trace to self-isolate, and will abide by all the safety measures put in place at the hotel.
Where choice menus are offered please ensure that you complete the menu options form provided for your entire party and return to us in the enclosed pre-paid envelope or by email to be received no later than the specified date or 6 weeks prior to the event date.
