We are pleased to offer reflexology an alternative medicine involving the physical act of applying pressure to the feet and hands with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques with the use of oil or lotion. It is based on what reflexologists claim to be a system of zones and reflex areas that they say reflect an image of the body on the feet and hands, with the premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.

On selected days we offer Osteopathy in our treatment rooms. Osteopathy is a profession that utilises a patient focused, physical approach to restoring, maintaining and promoting physical and psychosocial well being. Primarily treatments take the form of manual therapy involving massage, mobilisation and manipulation for the treatment of musculoskeletal problems.
