I felt I just had to drop you a line to say how much myself and my party enjoyed our evening at the Christmas Cracker. From the first moments to the last it was simply wonderful. The mulled wine next to a log fire, from your staff who were all so wonderfully polite and obliging to the lovely food, (please thank the chefs for all their hard work) idyllic surroundings and entertainment which was absolutely brilliant. The four on stage were simply awesome! Our thanks of course to the pianist who kept the whole thing together. Please pass on our most grateful thanks to all of them. We have enjoyed all our visits this year to Kilworth House, Pirates, Ken Dodd and now this! Well Done - This is quality stuff!

I wanted to take the opportunity to say a big thank you for organising our company Christmas party at the weekend.

We all had a fantastic time and everybody commented on how beautiful Kilworth House is. Everything went exactly to plan. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and absolutely brilliant during the evening.

Just wanted to thank you very much for the fantastic afternoon tea we enjoyed at Kilworth last Sunday. Having such a beautiful room to ourselves was a great bonus. For some of the group it was their first experience of Kilworth and definitely one to remember! All of the food was delicious, service superb and the decorations as wonderful as ever. We surely have started a new tradition to begin our festive season!

We have now decided that this weekend was the best in our whole lives and a big part of that was due to the 'Kilworth House Hotel Experience!!

Thank you so so much for booking us in on Friday. I was blown away by the hotel – what a great place. The staff were fantastic, our room was beautiful (what a great bathroom!), the food was delicious and the attention to detail everywhere you looked was amazing.

I have already recommended the hotel to friends and family. I wish we could have stayed longer, we really fell in love with the place. It’s amazing to look at the pictures of its refurbishment – sooo much hard work went into it!.....and it shows.

Now that the week has settled and our friends have gone home , I have time to drop you a note to say thank you for all the help given in making our lunch so special. All of our friends and family have said what a wonderful hotel and what great rooms to have a party and lunch in especially the Orangery which looked absolutely stunning.

The best hotel in the world is no good without its staff and I have to say that all of the hotel staff were excellent attentive and friendly at all times, again a real plus for Kilworth House.

Just a few lines to thank you for your card and good wishes after our wedding at Kilworth House on the 30th June. We both had a wonderful day and everything went well (even the weather cleared for the pictures). Please pass on my thanks to all the staff who did an excellent job on the day.

We had a wonderful romantic stay, with a gorgeous room and a delicious meal in the Wordsworth restaurant. It was planned to celebrate an anniversary and we wanted something a bit more special, a bit of luxury. We certainly found that in this hotel. Our room, The Stevenson, was all that we had hoped, spacious and comfortable, with its own small sitting room and a large bathroom with walk in shower and claw foot bath. All the home comforts were provided; bathrobes and slippers, Clarins toiletries, bottled drinking water, a decanter of delicious port, fresh fruit, up-market tea, coffee and biscuits. We enjoyed a scrumptious dinner and had next morning's breakfast brought up to the room; no complaints about the food which was again delicious and hot. The staff were attentive and courteous, it seemed important to them that we enjoyed our stay, which is always a good feeling.. The setting of the hotel is very impressive, large lawns sweep away from the Orangery and there are wonderful views from all the rooms. We had a walk in the grounds the next morning which was very pleasant and finished with a drink in the sumptuous lounge, overall, it was perfect and we would love to go back when we've saved up enough!

Room Tip: The luxury rooms are worth paying a bit more for.

It is rare that I have a difficulty making a choice from a menu but on this occasion I was spoilt for choice. The service could not be faulted - polite and courteous at all times by well presented personnel. The Fish and Chips were like I have never tasted before - well presented and superbly cooked.

I can honestly say that I had a most pleasant lunch and would like you to thank the team at Kilworth House as they do an excellent job to make sure that the service and cuisine match the excellent surroundings. A lunch I will certainly remember for a long time.

What an amazing hotel Kilworth really is! We first discovered Kilworth a few years ago when we attended a wedding of a close friend. The day was so special, food well presented and very tasty! The team of staff were always polite, smiling and always willing to help! Mainly one of the reasons we now come back here each year to celebrate our wedding anniversary!
